Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, billing status, and support messages.

Customers may create funnels, templates, brand assets, contacts, analytics events, and lead records. Published funnels may collect visitor responses, contact details, source URLs, device/browser metadata, IP address, and UTM parameters.

• Provide, secure, and maintain CueFully.
• Save and publish funnels created by customers.
• Capture, display, and deliver leads to configured channels.
• Send account, security, billing, and lead notification emails.
• Measure product performance and diagnose errors.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.

If you connect Google Sheets, CueFully uses Google OAuth to identify the connected Google account and to access only the Google Drive files you explicitly select with CueFully.

CueFully currently requests basic sign-in scopes and the Google Drive file scope. We use this access to let you select a spreadsheet and append new lead rows to the selected sheet.

Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Human access is limited to support, security, or legal needs.

CueFully use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share information with service providers that help us operate CueFully, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, billing, file storage, and integration providers. These providers process data only to provide services to CueFully.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain account, funnel, lead, and delivery data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can remove a Google Sheets integration in CueFully or revoke CueFully access from your Google Account. To request account or workspace deletion, email support@cuefully.com.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data, including encrypted secret storage for integration credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and customers are responsible for controlling workspace access.

• Update or remove configured integrations.
• Export or delete leads where the product supports it.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
• Request data access, correction, or deletion by email.
